Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the item in its original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
